Pub Americana – Cocoa Village

Pub Americana will go down as a seriously memorable meal for us. The chef, Raph Arca, blew us away with his expertise and creativity. He took over the kitchen less than a year ago from New York and brought his big-city talent with him. Case-in-point, the camel burger with fried artichoke and curry spicy cheddar sauce on a pretzel bun. Served with curry cheese fries, of course. We’ve never had anything like this dish before, and it was incredible! Camel meat. Who knew?!

Now there’s probably no way to go wrong with anything on their menu, but if we had to suggest ONE must-order, it would be the shrimp appetizer.


We’re not exaggerating when we say, this WAS the best shrimp of our lives thus far. Perfectly battered, big, juicy, incredibly satisfying. Truly a must!


Here’s the “Starving Artist” pizza. Bacon, spinach, mozzarella and marinara with a fried EGG in the middle for dipping. Genius!
