Creative, gourmet American dishes in a stylishly modern, industrial space great for socializing.
View this post on Instagram If chipotle-rubbed pork belly with marmalade glaze & creamy bacon brussel sprouts is wrong we don’t want to be right 😍🐷🤤 Our date night dinner at @playalindabrewco and @brix_project this weekend was freaking. amazing. Buckle up because we have a lot to say about this spot👇🏼 . We started off with a buffalo chicken dip appetizer and house-brewed root beer at their funky+hip downtown brewery in Titusville. Such a cool hang-out😎 . Then things got REAL with our main entrees at @brix_project . Pork belly was a dish we’d never really had much of before but our waitress insisted we try it. SO glad we did because it almost brought us to tears (in a good way) . Then the Sukiyaki DJango burger (a name we can’t quite pronounce 🤔) but trust is when we say…this bison and mushroom blended burger was incredible. Super gourmet and unexpected ingredients-swipe to see description! This burger is in a nation-wide contest (along with 3 other local burgers) and all the details will be in our blog post. Link in bio! . And of course, dessert….peach cobbler creme brûlée 😮🍮🍑 SIN.FUL. . The drive up to Titusville was completely worth it for this foodie experience. Check out our blog post for more on @playalindabrewco & @brix_project 👍🏼 A post shared by Space Coast Foodies (@spacecoastfoodies) on Jun 11, 2018 at 11:47am PDT
