Authentic Chinese and Japanese served up in a modern, upscale atmosphere. Don’t miss the “hot pot” cooking tables…think personal pots of fondu-style dining!
View this post on Instagram Crazy enough, we’ve never featured a Chinese place on our page before 😳 Not that we don’t like Chinese, but the good stuff is hard to find! Oddly enough, @redgingermelbourneflorida is located inside the Melbourne Square Mall and is unexpectedly beautiful and posh inside ⛩ Our evening here was a whole new experience for us ✨ Got to try out Brevard’s FIRST Chinese Hot Pot cooking tables along with @spacecoastlivingmag and @look.eat.go and it was so fun and delish… . Basically you pick your meats, broth, and sides (noodles, dumplings, etc) and they bring everything out raw for you to cook yourself at your own personal hot pot, like fondue. They also provide an amazing variety of dipping sauces (my fav part)🥘 . This is an awesome idea for a date night if you’re looking for a more interactive experience. And full disclaimer – we were sooo grateful we didn’t bring our kids along for this one! Hot pots + crazy little ones don’t mix 😅 Tag your adventurous foodie friends and check this one out!👇🏼 A post shared by Space Coast Foodies (@spacecoastfoodies) on Apr 29, 2019 at 3:41pm PDT
